Chelise Boysun Photography captures life’s milestones, from graduations to engagements, weddings, and newborns, across Montana, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Driven by a lifelong passion for photography, Chelise pursued her dream after her son was born, using her photography school skills to provide other couples and families with the same cherished memories she treasures.

Chelise came to Untamed to increase her website traffic and make it her main source of high-quality inquiries. She needed a website that reflected her artistry, had robust SEO and conversion strategies, and told a story that resonated with her dream clients. 

Through a comprehensive strategy, personalized questionnaires, custom web design, and advanced SEO implementation, we aligned her brand with her vision. Not only did we create a standout website but we integrated it with an email newsletter for organic growth and created a long-term marketing plan to further increase visibility. Her SEO enhancements included clear keywords, SEO-driven copy, strong title tags and descriptions, thorough alt text, proper heading settings, and more. By the end of the project, Chelise had a standout brand and website that showcased her talent and worked effectively for her business.

Chelise's brand was designed to be the top of her marketing funnel - optimized for organic search traffic and capturing high-quality leads. It serves as the perfect home for her work and authentically reflect her values and tell stories that were meant to be cherished. From the logo to the web design, every element was crafted to resonate with her target audience: couples and families connected to agriculture and ranching. The website includes practical features, such as a hidden service guide, which can be easily shared with potential clients, offering convenient access to pricing information. Chelise's brand is built to be the foundation of her business, not only setting her up for success now, but for years to come.

Chelise's logo was built to feel rich, grounded, and clean. The top brandmark was created to portray a sense of agricultural branding as her target audience is connected with agriculture and ranching. 

Her colors were chosen to not only match her work but to also convey a richness of passion, love, and excitement.

Her secondary logo, initials, and brandmark were created to compliment her primary logo in an elevated yet appealing way.

Her fonts were chosen to be crisp and clean with a sense of personalization and artistry. Fonts that were easy to read with a hint of casual luxury were the forefront of our typography choices. 

The Brand

Features:

Chelise's website features a hidden 'services guide', replacing the need for a PDF version. Hosting it online supports her SEO strategy and simplifies her workflow, eliminating the need to locate and email a PDF, instead, she can quickly send a link. The guide is user-friendly, allowing clients to quickly find relevant information without sifting through irrelevant details. Plus, it's on brand and easy to update.

At the bottom of each internal portfolio page, Chelise includes links to two full galleries, showcasing her high-quality deliverables. This allows clients to envision their own photos and alleviates concerns about whether she's the right choice before they even reach out. It's a feature every photographer should incorporate into their site.

Lastly, her website features an internal Instagram links page, which boosts her site's SEO. This strategy reduces the number of platforms she needs to manage, is easy to update, stands out, and is uniquely tailored to her brand.
